Method Sequence
Note Longitudinal deep sequencing in Subject 9213 showed that the double mutant qYRLKHvVW corresponding to positions with the second and third lowest h values, was the infecting strain and stayed at 100% till day 165. On d476 it was 38.5% of the circulating viral population.
