Variant Details

Showing all: 1 variant(s).

Variant ID.  3301
Epitope Seq.  KRWIILGLNK
Variant Seq.  KRWIImGLNK
Mutations L/M
Epitope Location L6M
HXB2 Location L268M
Mutation Type DHB: diminished HLA binding or increased off-rate
E: escape documented in this paper
OV: observed variant
Epitope Subtype B
Variant Subtype B
Method CTL suppression of replication, HLA binding, Sequence
Note Strain DH12-specific variant of epitope KK10, KRWIImGLNK, was poorly recognized by a strain LAI KK10-specific CTL clone and is an escape variant, that impairs TCR recognition. Suppression of replication of all DH12 viruses was poor.
