Variant Details

Showing all: 2 variant(s).

Variant ID.  2861
Epitope Seq.  KRWIILGLNK
Variant Seq.  KRWIImGLNK
Mutations L/M
Epitope Location L6M
HXB2 Location L268M
Mutation Type LE: literature escape
Epitope Subtype B
Variant Subtype B
Method Intracellular cytokine staining
Note KRWIImGLNK was one of 2 KK10 sequence variants cross-recognized by subdominant clonotypes. This variant had similar results as those with consensus stimulation.

Variant ID.  2862
Epitope Seq.  KRWIILGLNK
Variant Seq.  KRWIvLGLNK
Mutations I/V
Epitope Location I5V
HXB2 Location I267V
Mutation Type LE: literature escape
Epitope Subtype B
Variant Subtype B
Method Intracellular cytokine staining
Note KRWIvLGLNK was one of 2 KK10 sequence variants cross-recognized by subdominant clonotypes. This variant stimulated the dominant clonotype, TRBV12, to reach lower cytokine production than that by subdominant clonotypes which upon recognizing this variant peptide produced their highest levels of cytokine TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma.
