Response to epitopes Gag QAISPRTLNAW, Gag ETINEEAAEW, Env TENFNMWKNNMVEQM, Env IPRRIRQGL, Nef FPVTPQVPLR, Tat CCFHCQVC, Pol QKQGQGQWTYQIYQE, Pol KIQNFRVYY and Vpr EAVRHFPRIWLHGLG by EliSpot was358, 363, 585, 943, 558, 408, 165, 435 and 490 SFC/106 PBMC, 71d post-infection (dpi).
