• Some mutations under study in patient CH0131 (4 Gag and 1 Pol) were found to have strong selection pressure despite not being adaptive-immunologically responsive. Alternate, host-driven selection-pressures, are postulated by the authors to drive this selection.
• Gag epitope, TSNLQEQIGW, contains the N242T mutations that were fixed to 100% in CH0131 by day 670.
