Notes

Mice were vaccinated and boosted with DNA vaccines containing Env gp 120 and a fusion of Gag-Pol-Nef. Epitopes in Pol and Env were mapped from reactive peptide pools.
Fine mapping of a reactive 13-mer in Env resulted in a positive EliSpot response from PADPNPQEM.
