• Epitopes were identified in 3 conserved regions of gp160. CTL from 5/20 subjects recognized 3 overlapping immunodominant epitopes.
• 3/20 subjects recognized LFCASCAKAY - in the context of HLA-A24 in two subjects, and in the context of B38 in the other.
