• p24 Gag epitope ETINEEAAAEW has residue DE at position P1, binding pocket A; TVILF at position P2, binding to HLA pocket B; and residue W at the C-terminal, binding to HLA pocket F. Restricting HLA is A*2501 [Klenerman et al. AIDS 10:348-350 (1996)].
