Notes

• T cell responses to Gag consensus C peptides were studied in C-infected patients from India. CD8+ responses were stronger and broader than CD4+ responses. IFN-γ response was higher than corresponding IL-2 response in both CD8+ and CD4+ T cells.
• 1/25 patients responded to this peptide (IFN-γ CD8+ response). An IL-2 response was not detectable.
