WR316: The binding affinity and neutralization potency of three murine IgM mAbs and human MAb 2F5 (IgG and IgM isotypes) to pseudoviruses from HIV-1 clades A, B, C, D and CRF01_AE was studied in the virus capture assay. WR316 did not bind to any of the viral isolates tested and also did not neutralize any of the viruses tested. WR316: WR316 is a multispecific Ab, simultaneously recognizing both PIP and MPER. This MAb was isolated from mice immunized with liposomes containing both PIP lipid antigen and MPER peptide.
