This paper is a detailed study of the V-D-J heavy chain usage and V-J light chain usage for the three monoclonals that bind to the HIV-1 envelope CD4 binding site: F105, 15e and 21h. Different germline genes were used, and there was evidence for antigen-drive clonal selection of somatic mutations.
