DH501: Repetitive immunization of macaques over 3 years with an Env expressing V3-high mannose glycan, CON-S gp140CFI, elicited plasma antibodies neturalizing HIV-1 expressing high mannose glycans only. NAb DH501 was isolated and found to possess a structure where 3 V_H chain CDRs formed a cavity into which the HIV-1 Env V3-glycan could insert.
