2-37: Previous studies described the potent serum neutralizing activity of a rabbit immunized 6 times with gp160 M group consensus. In this study, a large number of monoclonal antibodies were isolated and characterized from this rabbit. Seven antibodies were chosen for further study based on their ability to compete with PGT121 for V3 binding. All 7 recognized the V3 peptide. MAb 2-37 was reactive to peptide NNNTRKSIRIGPGQA, but was non-neutralizing. Qin2015 (antibody binding site, antibody generation, vaccine-induced immune responses)
