DH295: Ten V3-specific mAbs (DH290 - DH299) were isolated from a non-transmitting mother. They were able to neutralize Tier 1, but not Tier 2 pseudoviruses. They were able to neutralize most autologous strains. The antibodies were not clonally related, but used a diverse set of heavy and light chain genes.
