1E2: A panel of CD4bs heavy-chain-only (VHH) antibodies were isolated from llamas immunized with HIV-1 Env strains 92UG37 (clade A) and CN54 (clade C). Cross-competition experiments were used to classify the antibodies into 3 groups. Several of these antibodies were broadly neutralizing for clades A, B and C. 1E2 neutralized 6/26 predominantly tier 2 viruses tested. Strokappe2012 (antibody generation, neutralization)
