GE145: This study reports the isolation of a panel of Env vaccine elicited CD4bs-directed macaque mAbs and genetic and functional features that distinguish these Abs from CD4bs MAbs produced during chronic HIV-1 infection. GE145, a CD4 specific non human primates mAb, showed high affinity to Env ligands and was an identical clone to GE140. A detailed description of the immunization experiment was reported in Sundling2010. It consisted of purified gp140F trimers in adjuvant (Abisco-100+ CPG) inoculated 5 times at monthly intervals.
