I-10,4: Antibody source: Ascities fluid. The capacity of I-10,4 to block completely the activity of the anti-HIV peptide T20 was investigated. T20 inhibited the fusion or syncytia formation between co-cultured CHO-WT cells expressing HIV-1 HXB2 envelope glycoprotein on their surface and HeLaT4 cells. I-10,4 was able to block the anti-fusion effect of T20. Vincent2012 (antibody interactions)
