F424: Nabs against HIV-1 M group isolates were tested for their ability to neutralize 6 randomly selected HIV-1 O group strains. F424 is noted to be a MAb derived from a subtype B infected individual, that binds to an undefined epitope in gp120 and can neutralize some M group viruses, but it was not particularly effective at neutralization of the O group viruses tested.
