3C9: Murine antibodies were raised against human polyclonal antibodies against gp120, pooled from HIV-1 infected individuals. One anti-idiotype MAb was shown to bind to the CD4-binding site, and this MAb could raise anti-anti-idiotype antibodies when injected into cynomolgous monkeys.
