COMMENT     This sequence is part of an internation survey of subtype C, based
	    mostly on isolates obtained by the UNAIDS and NIAID networks for
	    isolation and characterization of HIV. DNA was isolated from PBMC
	    after short-term coculture. The samples included CRF07 and CRF08 BC
	    recombinants.
