Highlighter

Changes and Bug Fixes

Versioning:

Version numbering is done with a sequence of three numbers, x.y.z where


E.g. Highlighter v2.0.1 describes the software with one major release (2), no new features added (0) and one bug fix (1).


NOTE: Currently, the two Highlighter tools are separate code bases and therefore will have separate version numbers. Until the code bases are combined, and only within this document and the known bugs document we will give the Highlighter software for nucleotide sequences the title 'NT Highlighter' and for amino acid sequences 'AA Highlighter'.

This release includes one "bug fix".


08/28/2013

NT Highlighter v2.2.2 and AA Highlighter v2.3.3

This release includes one bug fix.

05/02/2011 - NT Highlighter v2.0.0; AA Highlighter v2.0.0

Since no versioning was done in the past, the current highlighter tool for nucleotide sequences is labeled as version 2.0.0 and for amino acid sequences as version 1.0.0.
This release includes a new tool to process amino acid sequences. The changes include:
