Acknowledgements
CATNAP was inspired by the research of Dr. Anthony West (West et al. 2013 ). This database includes initial data he collected, further publicly-available data collected by HIV Database staff, and direct contributions of data from authors.
The statistical analysis follows Gnanakaran et al. 2010 .
The tool interface and database were designed by Hyejin Yoon, Jennifer Macke, Bette Korber and Karina Yusim.
