HIV-1 in San Paulo, Brazil. They reported full length sequences
defining two novel subtype BF circulating recombinants, CRF28_BF
and CRF29_BF, with three genomes provided for each. BREPM12609 was
taken in 1999 from a 32-year-old asymptomatic female with
heterosexual transmission.
