	    sequence has some regions that do not cluster with any of the major
	    subtypes of HIV-1 M group, and thus are labeled "U" for untyped
	    at this time. Other regions fall within the A1, D and G clades. CU7
	    is closely related, in at least some regions, to CU7 (AY894994),
	    CU29 (AY588971), CU64 (AY894995) and CU67 (AY894996). This sequence
	    is the prototype for CRF19_cpx.
