COMMENT The researchers analyzed HIV-1 protease and RT sequences of
isolates from heavily treated persons with detectable plasma HIV-1
RNA who were receiving antiretroviral therapy. Analysis was
restricted to protease sequences (positions 10–90) from persons
treated with three or more protease inhibitors and RT sequences
(positions 40–240) from persons treated with four or more
	    nucleoside RT inhibitors.
